In your email, you'll find an invoice which confirms your deposit and your date based on our previous email communication.

The next time you'll hear from us directly?  About six months before your experience, we'll reach out and see if you have questions and get your remaining balance of $5,000.  If you have any questions BEFORE then, never hesitate to contact us at hello@lapeetch.com

 If your balance is not paid by 120 days before your experience, we will release your space and to reschedule you'll need to pay a rescheduling fee of $1000.  We're a tiny business, with a full-time staff of 5. We're thrilled to welcome you, but our boundaries are due to having people cancel last minute and ask for refunds.  (Don't be that person please.  ;) )

Your deposit is non-refundable, under any circumstance. Here's a link to our policies.  If you're concerned about this?  Please seek out travel insurance to cover for pandemics and other travel snafus.  If the borders are closed due to a pandemic/act of G*d, we will GLADLY reschedule you to a future date free of charge.
